Member ID Now Required for More Payers

Due to changes implemented by several insurance payers, the Member ID field is now required for more of your verification searches.

This is a requirement from the insurance companies—not from VerifyTreatment.

The upside? This change will help return more accurate and complete verification results, ensuring your client records are as thorough and reliable as possible.

Facility Name Must Match NPI Registry

To ensure compliance, please follow these steps as soon as possible:

  1. Go to https://app.verifytx.com/settings/facilities
  2. Click the blue name of your facility
  3. Click “Pull data from NPI registry” to update and align your facility name

Updating this ensures compliance and avoids disruptions in your verifications.

Heads Up: Juneteenth Payer Delays

Some unresponsive payers on June 19, 2025 were impacted by Juneteenth holiday closures. No action is needed on your part.
