Job Summary :

We are looking for a driven, consultative Strategic Account Executive to generate new business, build lasting client relationships, and help grow our footprint in behavioral healthcare.
This is a full-cycle sales role ideal for someone who thrives prospecting, uncovering opportunities, presenting value, and closing business.

Key Responsibilities :

Generate New Business
  • Prospect and develop opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, conferences, and strategic networking
  • Research target accounts and engage decision makers and key influencers
  • Conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and manage prospects through the sales cycle
  • Present tailored value propositions aligned to customer needs
  • Own opportunities from first touch through close
Grow Strategic Accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and support long-term growth
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Help customers maximize value from our platform
Consultative Selling
  • Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations
  • Help prospects solve operational and workflow challenges through technology
  • Develop territory and account strategies to maximize revenue potential
  • Maintain healthy pipeline management and accurate CRM forecasting
Collaborate Cross Functionally
  • Work closely with product, marketing, support, and operations teams
  • Share market feedback, product insights, and customer intelligence
  • Participate in conferences, trainings, and team initiatives

Preferred Skills :

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or consultative selling preferred
  • Proven success generating pipeline and closing new business
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-starter with strong organization and follow-through
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Healthcare, behavioral health, or revenue cycle experience is a plus
