Learn More about the
#1 Verification of Benefits Platform

Most legacy verification systems weren't built for behavioral health, so you're left deciphering confusing carve-outs and trying to figure out what actually applies to your facility. And if a patient's policy lapses while they're in treatment? You often don't find out until it's too late.

VerifyTreatment is purpose-built for behavioral health facilities. We access 1700+ insurance databases and translate everything into clear, easy-to-understand information specific to substance abuse and mental health coverage. You can schedule bulk re-verifications (daily, weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc) to catch lapsed policies before you're stuck providing uncompensated care.

Plus, we're the only verification platform with a mobile app, so your admissions team can run verifications from anywhere.

We cover all major carriers like Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, and United, but we don't stop there.

VerifyTreatment accesses 1700+ insurance databases, including regional carriers and plans that traditional systems miss: UMR, Oxford, Meridian, Molina, OptimaHealth, Priority Health, Medical Mutual, Preferred One, Qualcare, Amerihealth, UPMC, GHI, Core Source, GEHA, Healthsmart, Harvard Pilgrim, Health Alliance, Health Net, and many more.

We also verify Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and marketplace plans, covering virtually every payor your patients might have. And if you're working with a carrier we don't currently have in our system, we'll work directly with your facility to add it.

For most verifications, yes. VerifyTreatment gives you real-time access to 1700+ insurance databases, so you get accurate benefit information without spending time on hold.

That said, there are occasional situations where you might still need to call (complex carve-outs, specific facility requirements, or if you need verbal confirmation). Think of VerifyTX as your first line of defense that handles 95% of your verifications instantly, with phone calls reserved for the edge cases.

We connect directly to insurance company databases and clearinghouses. When you input patient information, VerifyTreatment retrieves the data straight from the source in real time. You're getting the same information the insurance company has, just faster and without the phone call.

VerifyTreatment gives you all the key benefit details you need to make admission decisions quickly: policy status (active/inactive), policy type, deductible and out-of-pocket amounts (both met and remaining), co-insurance percentages, co-pays, plan name, and any payer-specific notes about coverage.

Everything is presented in a clear, easy-to-read format built specifically for behavioral health admissions, so you know exactly what the patient's financial responsibility will be before they walk through the door.

Absolutely. Given the sensitive nature of our business, we take HIPAA compliance and security seriously. VerifyTX uses SSL 128-bit encryption, and your data is treated with bank-level security, encrypted at all times and regularly backed up. All users agree to our business associate agreement when using the service.

Just your facility's NPI number and a few minutes to get set up. You can book a personalized demo to see how VerifyTX works for your specific workflow, or contact our team and we'll walk you through the onboarding process.

Yes. VerifyTreatment speeds up your verification process so you have the information you need before you make that call. You'll know exactly what questions to ask, what coverage applies, and whether there are any red flags, which makes your required call faster and more productive. Many facilities use VerifyTX to handle the heavy lifting, then make confirmation calls as needed.

Yes, you'll need your facility's NPI number to run verifications. If you don't have it handy, you can look it up on the NPI Registry or use our NPI Lookup tool.

Yes. VerifyTreatment verifies ACA marketplace plans along with private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. If your patient has coverage through the healthcare exchange, we can verify it.

We provide whatever information the insurance company makes available through their database or clearinghouse. Sometimes carriers don't release complete details electronically, especially around specific behavioral health carve-outs.

If you're consistently running into gaps with a particular carrier or plan type, reach out to us at support@verifytx.com and we'll see what we can do to improve the data we're pulling.

First, double-check that all patient information was entered correctly (spelling, date of birth, policy number, etc.). Small errors can prevent a successful verification.

If everything looks accurate and you're still not getting a result, contact us at support@verifytx.com and we'll help troubleshoot. The good news: you only use credits for successful verifications, so failed attempts don't cost you anything.

Yes. We provide in-app guides available 24/7, plus personalized training to make sure your team feels confident using the platform.

You can schedule training here at a time that works for you, or contact us at info@verifytx.com if you need help getting set up.
